1940 - 1980

The Foundation of Perdaman’s Values

Perdaman Krishan Rambal (1940-2006), the inspiration behind Perdaman, began his career as a geologist with the Indian government. He later successfully managed a family-owned wholesale pharmaceutical business, as well as an extensive property portfolio and export ventures in India.

Known for his values of integrity, hard work, and unwavering moral ethics, Mr. Rambal Senior instilled qualities that remain central to Perdaman's ethos.

A passionate advocate for education, he dedicated his evenings to teaching underprivileged children mathematics, English, and chemistry, changing countless lives.

Mr. Rambal Senior is remembered as a man of high moral standards, a devoted family man, and a guiding light for Perdaman's vision of Creating a Better Tomorrow.

1985

Establishment of Pharmaceutical Business

Perdaman Krishan Rambal established the first Perdaman Pharmaceutical business, creating a foundation of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit that inspired Perdaman’s future endeavors.

This milestone reflected his commitment to advancing healthcare and improving community well-being, while also ensuring a brighter future for his family. His dedication as a family man shaped his vision, blending personal values with professional excellence.

2000

The Visionary Journey of Vikas Rambal Begins

Perdaman’s Founding Chairman and Managing Director, Vikas Rambal, moved to Western Australia, bringing over 25 years of expertise in petrochemicals, chemical engineering, and global project management.

With a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nagpur and early career experience at Bharat Petroleum (formerly Shell), Mr. Rambal played an instrumental role in developing refineries and fertiliser manufacturing projects in India.

Upon his arrival in Australia, Mr. Rambal embarked on a transformative journey of innovation, leveraging natural gas to create sustainable downstream industries, including ammonia production for the global fertiliser market.

His entrepreneurial vision expanded Perdaman’s focus to new industries, including pharmaceuticals, migration services, shopping centers, and renewable energy, solidifying its global reputation.

2006

Perdaman Industries is Established

Perdaman Industries was launched in India, marking the establishment of a global enterprise driven by innovation and a commitment to sustainability.

2012

Growth into Commercial Real Estate

Perdaman Commercial Properties was established with the acquisition of its first shopping center.
This marked a new direction for Perdaman, as the company began focusing on community-centered real estate solutions.

2015

Expansion into Global Services and Pharmaceuticals

Perdaman acquired ISA Group, transitioning it into Perdaman Global Services, offering world-class migration, recruitment, and education services for individuals and businesses.

This acquisition allowed Perdaman to support Australian businesses with access to international talent while helping skilled professionals migrate and settle in Australia.

Perdaman also acquired Sunrise International Labs, making a significant entry into the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring access to quality healthcare solutions globally.

2016

Advancing Renewable Energy Solutions

Perdaman took a bold step into renewable energy by acquiring Enigin, transitioning it into Perdaman Advanced Energy.

This division focuses on delivering renewable energy solutions to the Western Australian market, showcasing Perdaman’s commitment to sustainability.

2017

The Birth of Project Ceres

Perdaman launched its most ambitious project to date — Project Ceres, a state-of-the-art urea manufacturing plant.

The project was granted Major Project Status by the Australian Federal Government and State Significant Project Status by the Western Australian Government, underlining its importance to the economy and sustainability goals.

Perdaman also acquired Translators International, enhancing its migration and settlement services under Perdaman Global Services.

2021

Innovations in Energy and Retail Solutions

Perdaman further diversified its energy portfolio by establishing Perdaman Electrical Services and Perdaman Energy Retail.

These businesses provide comprehensive turn-key energy solutions, reflecting the company’s focus on innovation and customer-centric services.

2023

A Milestone Achievement – Construction of Project Ceres

Perdaman reached a significant milestone with the commencement of construction on the Ceres Urea Plant, symbolising the company’s dedication to sustainable agriculture and global food security.

This project reaffirms Perdaman’s vision of using Australian natural gas to meet global demands while fostering economic growth and environmental sustainability.

2024

Launch of the Karratha Housing Project

Perdaman embarked on the Karratha Housing Project to build over 100 new homes in Karratha for Project Ceres’s operational workforce and State social housing
